Registry expenses will be received at the time of registry. 10% extra amount at corner plot and 8% at double road will be charged. Installments must be paid before 10th of each month , otherwise 5% extra amount will be charged. In case of non submission of consecutive three installments ,your plot will be cancelled without sending any notice and after deducting 25% of the amount of plot , remaining will refunded within three months. The period of completion of development work and possession is 5 years. In case of cancellation of plot the advance amount will not be refunded. Allotee should be liable to inform us about transferring the allotment ( which is received through installments procedure ).
